   • These terms and conditions don't infringe on rights provided by the CPA (Consumer Protection Act).

   • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian supervision and consent to use our website.
   • Users may not transfer their rights and obligations under these Terms to another party.
   • Failure to enforce any right in these Terms does not constitute a waiver.
   • Extensions or relaxations granted by either party do not affect their rights.
   • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PriceDrop.

2. Pricing; Typographical Errors

   • PriceDrop isn't obligated to fulfil an order if there's a clear typographical or clerical error in the product listing or pricing.
   • Prices are in Rands (ZAR) and include VAT (Value Added Tax).

3. Costs of Delivering the Items

   • Delivery costs are separate from product prices and are stated during checkout.

4. Delivery

   • Goods are delivered only within the Republic of South Africa.
   • Products are usually delivered within 5 to 7 days but not longer than 30 days after receipt of payment.
   • Delivery may be dispatched in parts, at PriceDrop's expense.
   • Delivery is considered complete once the product is at the user's provided address, a Pargo pick-up point, or a PUDO locker.
   • Customers must report undelivered items within 30 days.

5. Stock Availability

   • PriceDrop will try to fulfil all orders but isn't liable beyond refunding money paid if we can't due to stock issues.

6. Payment & Refunds

   • Due to the nature of our offering payment for orders must be received within 2 hours, failing which orders will be cancelled.
   • The website provides secure payment methods.
   • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, SnapScan, cryptocurrencies, instant EFT, and direct EFT.
   • Direct EFT payments have specific conditions, including providing proof of payment within 2 hours.
   • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, with some restrictions and conditions.

7. Agreements of Sale

   • Products are not reserved upon adding them to a wishlist or cart.
   • An order is official only after payment is received and the order is confirmed.
   • PriceDrop can refuse or cancel orders, in which case they will refund any money paid.
   • Orders can be cancelled by customers if they haven't been processed yet.

8. Returns Policy

   PriceDrop adheres to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications & Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and other applicable laws when addressing returns.
   

   1. Items eligible for return include those that are faulty, damaged upon delivery, delivered incorrectly, or when the customer changes their mind as outlined by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
   2. Customers must return items within 10 days after notifying PriceDrop of the intent to return.
   3. All returned items must be in original condition with complete packaging, accessories, parts, and documents, unless otherwise agreed.
   4. Return authorization from PriceDrop is mandatory. Returns without authorization are not the responsibility of PriceDrop. Customers must bear return courier charges unless the return was authorized by PriceDrop.

9. Faulty and Damaged Items

   • All complaints will follow sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
   • Breakages or damages must be reported within 3 days of item receipt.
   • Warranty claims follow the provisions mentioned or default to a 6-month standard warranty. Repairs, replacements, and refunds are subject to the item's condition and supplier warranty.
   • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow product guidelines are not deemed faulty.

10. Unwanted Items

    • Non-faulty items can be returned within 7 days under specific conditions, including being in a re-sellable condition and still in its original packaging.
    • Certain opened items, like swimwear, software, and medical equipment, among others, are non-returnable.
    • Courier fees for unwanted items will be for the account of the customer.

11. Incorrectly Delivered Items

    • If an incorrect item was delivered the customer must notify PriceDrop withing 3 days of delivery. Items should be in a re-sellable condition and in its original packaging for returns.

12. Electronic Devices

    • Customers must back up data on electronic devices. PriceDrop isn't liable for data loss due to faulty devices.

13. Warranty Policy

    • PriceDrop offers a 6-month standard warranty on products unless an extended supplier warranty is in place.
    • Parallel/Grey Imports are subject to PriceDrop's standard warranty terms.

14. Applicability

    • All terms are governed by South African law, and all interactions with the website are under the assumption of delivery within South Africa.

15. Restrictions on Sales

    • No sales of alcohol and tobacco to individuals under the age of 18 years of age. This includes vaping products.
    • DVDs and Videos are for specific regions, and the buyer should ensure they are buying the correct region.

16. Personal Data

    • PriceDrop is dedicated to protecting user information according to PAIA and POPIA. Data usage aligns with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to Agreement

    • PriceDrop can modify this agreement at any time without prior notice.

18. Intellectual Property

    • Television orders require a valid TV licence number and account holder ID for processing.

In case of errors, our liability is limited to refunding any amount already paid based on an incorrect purchase price, or as outlined in our Returns Policy.

21. Gift Vouchers / Coupons

    • PriceDrop occasionally offers gift vouchers and coupons for use on the Website. These can only be redeemed within their validity period.
    • Gift Vouchers remain valid for 3 years.
    • Promotional coupons will state their validity period.
    • Gift Vouchers cannot purchase other Vouchers or Coupons. They do not accrue interest and are not refundable.
    • We are not liable for loss, unauthorized use, or distribution of Gift Vouchers.
